
Brausch Construction Group was engaged by the City of Stirling to deliver a new public toilet block at Yokine Reserve, designed to enhance local amenity and accessibility for park visitors, sporting clubs, and the wider community.
The scope of works included:
Demolition and removal of existing outdated amenities
Construction of a new architecturally designed toilet block
Universal access facilities in accordance with AS1428.1
Installation of water-efficient fixtures and vandal-resistant fittings
Connection to existing services, including sewer, water, and power
Coordination with City of Stirling representatives and local stakeholders throughout construction
