Fueling Australia’s Enduro Legends at the ISDE
At Brausch Construction Group, we don’t just stand behind champions—we power them forward. That’s why we’re fueling the fire of the Australian Enduro Team as they take on the world at the International Six Days of Enduro (ISDE)—the ultimate test of endurance, skill, and grit.
Australia’s riders are a force to be reckoned with—tough, tactical, and world-class. They’ve carved a reputation for domination on some of the planet’s harshest terrain, and their performance on the international stage is nothing short of elite.
Just like in construction, success in Enduro is built on resilience, strategy, and relentless drive. We see that same spirit in the Aussie team, and we’re all in—backing their journey, sharing the ride, and celebrating the victories.
Here’s to horsepower, heart, and flying the Aussie flag high.
Go hard, go green and gold!
Women in Construction
Empowering Women in Construction
At Brausch Construction Group, we’re committed to breaking down barriers and building futures—especially for the next generation of women in construction. Our Empowering Women in Construction program gives high school girls the opportunity to step into the world of commercial construction through a structured work experience placement.
This initiative is more than just a week on-site. We provide real exposure to every facet of the industry—from project management and site supervision to estimating, contracts administration, and construction technology. By immersing students in our day-to-day operations, we aim to spark curiosity, build confidence, and show young women that they belong in this space.
We believe visibility creates possibility. By opening our doors and offering hands-on, practical experience, we’re helping future builders, leaders, and innovators discover their potential—and showing them that the construction industry isn’t just for men; it’s for anyone ready to roll up their sleeves and shape the world around them.
If you're a school, student, or parent looking to learn more, we’d love to hear from you.

Next generation
These statistics highlight the underrepresentation of women, particularly in trade roles, within the construction industry. By offering school-based work experience programs tailored for young women, Brausch Construction Group can play a pivotal role in: Breaking Down Stereotypes: Providing firsthand experience to challenge traditional gender roles in construction. Building Confidence: Equipping young women with the skills and knowledge to pursue careers in construction. Creating Pathways: Establishing clear routes from education to employment within the industry.
By investing in these initiatives, Brausch Construction Group not only contributes to a more diverse and inclusive workforce but also addresses the broader industry challenge of skilled labour shortages.
